You Know I Couldn't Last
I just learned last night flicking through Goddard's Songs To Save Your Life that the title was taken from a Candy Darling letter. She was dying of leukemia and in a letter she said "you know I couldn't last". I thought Moz had given up his ransacking!

Its a homage. It has been done throughout time, and i think it is nice. Shakespeare did it enough.
