Yes, like the woman glaring at my Meat Is Murder badge on the bus this morning and looking at me as if she couldn't work out what species I was! So I glared back, thinking 'Just try me, and you'll get more than you bargained for!'
'In truth, I'm drawn to people who aren't afraid and who question authority. It takes great courage, I think, to defend animals – and it takes great courage to speak your mind.'
It certainly does, and you don't win any friends for it.
And finally:
