Default Sample at end of 'America Is Not The World'

I'm pretty sure that just before the song ends there is a sample of a cockney-sounding voice, it sounds like he's saying "you're not old enough my son." Any idea if that's correct? What movie/tv show/play is it from? Any help at all appreciated.

    Default All wrong...

the sample says 'You're not old enough son'...i.e. America is too young a nation to hold the world to randsom, as if the son takes over from the father.

the clip may be from the 60's documentary on young people in London called 'We Are The Lamberth Boy's' - Morrissey also used clips in this for Spring Heeled Jim.

    Any more thoughts?

Well, it does sound cockney much like the boys in SHJ. I'm almost SURE they say you're not old enough son, it sounds exactly like this, but where the sample come from lord knows.

I always thought it was 'you don't listen', but what do I know?
