What do you people think of the Da Vinci Code?
What do you people think of the Da Vinci Code?
> What do you people think of the Da Vinci Code?
the perfect Xmas present for those who never read a book.
(WARNING: the next family member who thinks I would be pleased receiving any DBrown trash, will be shot eight times in the head, and disembowled publicly with the Villeroy & Bosch silver spoon I got ten Xmasses ago).
I personally think it is fictional rubbish.

i actually put it on my christmas list last year because:
1. i couldn't think of anything i wanted for christmas
2. i was interested enough in finding out what the book was about to not mind being given a free copy.
the characters are cookie-cutter. the descriptions were terrible (people were given the highly descriptive adjectives "famous" and "renowned"). the story structure is straight out of Syd Field's. however, despite the parts it was comprised of, it wasn't the worst book i've ever read.
Outstanding book. Sort of reminds me of Cage's National Treasure movie.
It is due to come out next year with Tom Hanks as the Professor and the "Amelia" Girl as Sophie.

badly written and full of nonsense.
good story though.
I think its excellent.
I only read it cos I heard on here Moz was supposed to be in the film but maybe I dreamt that as havent heard it mentioned since. There were chunks of the book that were a bit boring but I was really hoping it was true, it made me want to see pictures of the last supper etc etc to see if what he said was true. Never got round to it though.

Who's directing the film? Ron Howard.
Ron Howard is (probably) still mates with The Fonz who's step-son and daughter are working with *drum roll* ..... Moz.
So if he was going to enhance his acting career, this would be it.
And they're filming in edinburgh too.
hmmm.

Yeah but as I recall Moz was going to be the limping guy in the neck brace??? Cant see Tom Hanks wanting to work with him either after Moz snubbed him.
