He was scheduled to appear, took a hissy fit, threw his rattle out the perambulator and seconds before he was due onstage he announces via trite-too-true (I mean how many people visit that site? 1 or 2 at the most!) that none of its his fault!

He pulled out over Money or Billing, signed nothing - he never does, you have to take his "word", and then blames one of the usual suspects i.e. Record Company, Manager or Band Member!
Devious? Unreliable? Truculent? another sucessful diagnosis Judge.
Sorry to burst anyones bubble - he is still the best singersongwriterperformer in the UK but lets be honest for a moment before we rush into costly or expensive legal action.
