Live at Earls Court

Hello everybody

I've got a couple of queries I wonder if anyone can help me with. I heard that the tracks from the new 'Live from Earls Court' CD were recorded not just at Earls Court but also from the Brighton gig on the day before Earls Court (17/12/04) and another show from around that time. However the sleeve notes don't mention this: is it true? and also, does anyone know which tracks are from which concert if this is true? I was at the Brighton one you see, and i'm sure I recognise some stage banter that appears on the CD.....

Also, there's a photo inside the sleeve of this CD taken from the stage of Morrissey's back and the crowd. I'm probably wrong, but I think i'm in it! The person who looks like me is standing where I was standing when I saw him at Brighton, so of course i'm very eager to find out if anyone knows where the photo was taken. If the photography was all from Earls Court then it must just be my eyes playing tricks.

So if anyone has any answers I will forever bow to your fountain of knowledge

Thanks!

Michelle

hello Michelle. I know that the Brighton gig was recorded because I saw the big recording truck round the back. Don't know whether any tracks made it onto the CD but the text does emphatically say that it was all recorded live and nothing was added later or taken away [or words to that effect]- so perhaps it is all from Earls Court.

Here is part of the official Information posted on morrisseymusic.com :

The CD, Live at Earls Court, captures the end of the tour and was recorded over the final 5 sold out dates in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Brighton and Dublin this past December. The CD will have a different track listing from the DVD and will also include additional never before performed b-sides as well as rarely performed Morrissey and Smiths classics.
