It's in the extras section of the DVD. It's not a hidden easter egg or anything.

Someone from the US said here last week that it's not listed but does come up at the end. I'm not sure of this though, as I have only watched the MEN concert footage and the extras but not let it run on.

On mine it also has "Meet Your Meat" on the menu.

It's not on yours, because there was no flier in mine. Instead it lists the Alec Baldwin video in the actual booklet along with that PETA URL.

The only insert with mine is a card promoting other Attack releases on one side and on the other side offering a free image to the first 500 people to go to his web site's mobile store.

It's not listed on the back of the packaging, but it's listed in the "Extras" menu on the actual DVD.
