History/Law is fine, its when you have to discuss the effect of ecommerce on british businesses, its benefits and drawbacks is where you start getting bored. Ive not written a word since 10 this morning and i really must do 1000 tonight :s I just got over completing a 2000 word essay on the difference between object orientated, relational and object relational databases and recommending one for an ecommerce website, i went straight to the bar for a beer after that one :s

i've never heard of the parliament acts, but then again, i don't live in the UK and it has nothing to do with me.

the house of lords is basically not allowed to veto anything the house of commons comes up with. they can add their 2 cents (or should that be 2p?), but they can't totally do away with the bill (or "law")

    sorry, i'm being a dork.

can't you find the text of the parliament acts and read them?
