Default Whispers at the start of studio version of Jack The Ripper

Feeling conspiritorially childlike this evening, so...
If you turn JTR up loud you hear a muted whisper like :
    "John....I..." & something else.

As the teacher said to F.Bueller's class:
    Anyone...anyone ?

I played it just now, real loud and I didn't hear it.
Is it before the first drum beat?

Something very similar on "I've Changed My Plea To Guilty" the version featured on Viva Hate with the bonus tracks.

Well, Jack is a diminutive of John, plus the name John features in the Ripper case.
John Pizer was a suspect, So was M.John Druitt.
