I have never ever ever, selected one individual on here and hurled abuse.
I have been hounded however, by those of you who think political correctness is the order of the day.
Well, I am from the old brigade, if I identify someone as being "German", it is simply because they are German, not for any other reason.
If someone is "black", why can you not state that they are black?
You lot are a load of hypocrites and make me sick, for most of the time.
Although, I do enjoy the arguments.

(applauds) Yes, Sseriously, we must be rid of *political correctness*. I am tired of calling black people, "African Americans"- when they have been no where NEAR Africa, (that's like calling myself a Scottish American, simply because my father was born there ) I am sick of Affirmative Action- The person who does the job the BEST, black, white or green, should get the job, not to fill some quota. Everyone is so touchy these days, and I am so weary of it. Speak your mind! Everyone else seems to be afraid to.

Yes, it's definitely good to speak your mind. This forum doesn't work well for that, see, because the people who have the courage to speak their minds are accosted, many times, by cowards who won't identify themselves.
If everyone is in a room together and accountable, then BY ALL MEANS, speak your mind. Orwell wouldn't even talk here.

I couldn't agree more. LOL, you are correct, Orwell would consider this place Room 101. I have noticed this weird trend: If you do speak your mind, you are ripped to shreds, yes, also by people who won't post their name. This isn't the schoolyard. (sometimes it feels like it). In a real life situation, not that this ISN'T real life, but when people are in a room, face to face, they speak their minds. Why shouldn't it be any different in here? I imagine we're all adults now? Lets hope so. Happy 2005 and VIVA MORRISSEY
