I think you are right I think it is about the death of a relationship "dressed in black I wont be coming back" and "I will never stand naked in front of you again" and yeah you can grieve the end of a relationship. I have and its shit! But Im over it now!

I think it is about the end of a relationship, definitely. A relationship can be defined in many, many ways, however. (Again, the 'layers' in Morrissey songs at work!)
I especially like the line "...parents and teachers and bosses who all share a point of view/ You are a loser..." I think THAT line is about something else entirely.
