Friday Mourning: is it about suicide or the end of a relationship

I think it can be both, or maybe neither. Dont know what to think really. Does one mourn about the end of a relationship. I guess Morrissey does. If he is in a relationship.

I think it is about the end of a relationship, definitely. A relationship can be defined in many, many ways, however. (Again, the 'layers' in Morrissey songs at work!)

I especially like the line "...parents and teachers and bosses who all share a point of view/ You are a loser..." I think THAT line is about something else entirely.
