Yes I went on a week retreat fasting/cleaning/detoxing. The best thing I have ever done!!! it was in the country-side. I had two water colonics each day!!!!!!!!!!! it was brilliant, I felt so clean.
The man who runs the retreat said he could make me a colonic kit if I payed him I didn't have the money.
I own a water distiller, juicer, blender/food prosser. I want to get a dehydrator so bad!!! growing wheat-grass and sprouts is really good!!!!

I wish my retreat had been two weeks not one! I was soo nice in the country-side! Fresh Carrot juice which is quite sweet, water Colonics two a day.
Phsyllum husks, bentonite and pancreatin mixed in water five times a day!!, lemon slices in filtered water. All we had to eat was carrot juice and the psyllium husks mixed in water.
We also did Meditation, Yoga, Reki healing, had Chakra readings and Indian Head massage(i didn't have indian head massage but had everything else).

Shoshana('Sho') a loverly American/Jewish women runs the retreats!!!
'Sho' was born in New York and lived in the US State of 'Mitchegen'. Sho also grew up in Isreal!!! she is Jewish. 'Sho' used to be a reporter in the US. Sho has spent a long time traveling around Japan, India, Spain ect.. all over. 'Sho' changed her life around she gave up smoking, stopped being a reporter for a Japanese newspaper in New York her home town or something? which was very stressful. Sho started meditating, doing yoga ect.. Sho is soooo really nice I like her very much!!!!
Her husband is Dao an English man from London he also runs the retreats. He has traveled all over. Studied Chinese medican(why he is called Dao maybe) and Indian Ayvedic medicen. He was into Macro-biotic food but then changed to be more into Living Foods, raw vegan food.
'Sho' and 'Dao' and their little daughter 'Yamuna' are really nice!!! I love little Yamuna we got on really well!!! Shoshana('Sho')is a Jewish name it means lilly, 'Dao' is English by blood but he has a Chinese name, 'Yamuna' is English/Jewish/American by blood but she has a beautiful Indian name, Yamuna is a beautiful Indian name!!!
Little Yamuna can speak Hebrew, Sanskrit, Japanese, Spanish and English already as Sho teaches her!! Sho can also speak bits of Arabic and French which she learnt while living in Isreal.
Yamuna will go far in life I know she will!!
