you mean jail. . .prison is where you go for stays of one year or more.

plus i think you are talking about the airport incident in whcih he was being detained at the airport. He never was arrested--thus never in jail (and certainly not in prison).

yup, "at amber" was releasd in late 1990 on the "piccadilly palare" single but was around way before that. it almost appeared in early 89 on the "interesting drug" single as it's former incarnation of "bed took fire".

or that the person, without authorization from the proprietor, resold
his or her ski lift ticket to another person after making use of
such facilities, shall be prima facie evidence of the following:

(1) That the person obtained such food, fuel, services, use of
facilities or accommodations with intent to defraud the proprietor or
manager.

I don't think so. but you can check to see how the first name is spelled. was morrissey on tour then? perhaps he had a show around the same days

well this incident happened about 2 months before the kill uncle tour got underway in ireland. was moz in LA two months prior to the tour starting? maybe promoting tha album in the US? when did those KROQ interviews take place in 91?

He probably refused to pay for a meal when he ate half of it and discovered meat in it. besides. . .it could be against Morrissey the company, not the person. meaning a tour related lawsuit. who knows. . .who cares.

I'm sure beyond doubt if he left an hotel/restaurant, whatever without paying there is some discrepancy on the part of the hotel...I mean for goodness sake...it wouldn't be because he couldn't afford to pay the bill...My oh My!!

If he is of Irish descent, Patrick is fairly common as a middle name.

P.S I Wasn't arrested for anything sinister by the way...
Well maybe it was...I was over the limit on the breathaliser test..(I'm pretty sure I've spelt breathyliser incorrectly but never mind...I think this last spelling is the correct one) What does it matter, in the great scheme of things.
Anyway, I was arrested and you do actually have a criminal record in Britain for Driving Under The Influence....It may be the same in the States.
This occurred approximately three years ago... I was banned for twelve months and had to undergo some drink/driving forum and fined £300.00.
Anyway, all behind me now...but ...nonetheless...it means I am in fact classed as a "Criminal" here in Britain! That will be on my record for another seven years approximately.
