I know I'm late in posting this, but I had the exact same idea. I thought it was song about being one's heart being full in an overwhelmingly negative way. I've always had that instinct; however, no one ever really seems to see what I see in the song. There's such a beautiful sadness simply penetrating through every fabric of that song. Really good observation, mr elvis presley the second.
