    Default Paisley . Security update

Some of you may travelling from foreign climes to the gig in Paisley. If so,I have compiled some useful information.

Paisley is a quaint and charming Scottish town just outside Glasgow.

The locals are warm and friendly and someone born in Paisley is referred to as a "buddie" and as such you should treat everyone you meet as a friend.

The locals are especially warm and welcoming to friends from the land of freedom. That's the U.S.A. So if you are visiting from the best country in the world talk LOUDLY at all times so that the locals can introduce themselves and put you at ease.

There is no need to worry about hiding valuables such as cameras etc. There will be no need.Come and go as you will and you will be met by the broadest of smiles and the firmest of handshakes.

Indulge in the local tipple of "Eldorado".Charming wine.

Above all relax and enjoy the gig in this most unique of Scottish towns.

I'd like to echo those sentiments and advise travellers to also visit the beautiful Glasgow area of Govan....Tranquility itself

or anyone with an accent for that matter. the twitters of laughter that you hear from them are simply from their joy at having a stranger in their land.

I'm afraid it's all from first hand experience Deano

I seriously warn no one to walk the dark side streets of paisley waving Gladiola or quoting from "The Complete Works Of Oscar Wilde".

I had interview for college at Paisley years ago and was chased by about 6 guys and that was in broad daylight.....

Obviously I wasn't scared like...I just needed the exercise !

Jesus, it sounds worse than moss side! I know someone that got beat up by a group of 12 year olds in Paisley. It will be hilarious to see BG strutting his stuff around the place if he comes over
