But I want to be able to invest part of my Social Security tax in private investment accounts. Bush wants to reform Social Security to allow us to put some of that money into investment accounts that we would own and control, and the Enron-like government would not be able to raid those accounts to pay for non-Social Security spending.

I wonder what Kerry's idea is to reform Social Security.

You can keep calling him a chimp and a gimp all you want, but I'm sick of the corrupt Social Security system.

My grandfather died young and all that money he had paid into Social Security was just gone. He did not get one penny, nor did his heirs. I resent this. I particularly resent it when the corrupt manner in which Social Security has been run has meant that even though more money has been paid in than will ever be taken out, it is now on the brink of bankruptcy. And the Democrats don't care to reform it.
