What's so great about the Cure:
1) Pornography
2) Disentigration
3) Robert's hair
4) All of the depressing @#!!! is great
5) No album sounds the same
What is NOT so great about the Cure:
1) Wild Mood Swings
2) Robert cancelled the San Diego show during the last world tour, and didn't make up the date. [An LA soundcheck does not substitute a concert, boys!]
3) Robert's shoes (REEBOKS?!?!? UGH!)
4) The happy-go-lucky @#!!! sucks
5) They put out a good record every ten years
I must admit that I do like the Cure, but what I really enjoy is Peter Murphy. His voice and music is co galactic celtic it makes me want to don my old He-Man suit of armor and wage war against Skeletor. Infact, i'm gonna raise me sword and scream "by the power of grayskull" and when I get battle cat, i'm going to ram my sw..ZAP!!!..uhhh h hhhhh hhhh hh hh-honey and m-milk g-good.

Any clue as to why he is on tour? I've heard nothing of a new album, and he's supposed to play the Sun Theater on March 1st.

And his voice transcends many styles. You have the atypical darkie song ["Bela Lugosi"] to a soulful, do-the-twist, almost modish "Scarlet Thing in You".
Peter Murphy is the man.

I was waiting for the 15th to add that to the list.
