Morrissey Returns???

Why is the media making Morrissey's tour out to be like some great return of Morrissey? I mean the tour for Maladjusted wasn't that far back (and he was actually promoting an album) and I don't remember a big thing being made about it. Was it just not cool to like Morrissey then (I'm mainly talking about the UK here) and now it's being hyped as cool to like him again?

That is because the media like here in the states and over there, like to blow up something bigger than it really is. Trust me, as a reporter, our editor likes to kill or hype up stories that start to get away from the original focus.

I don't know? It's interesting to see how Moz's career has been up and down, but i don't think it has ever been completely cool to like morrissey?
