Ian Brown in new Harry Potter film? (No Moz content)

I took the kids to see the new Harry Potter film yesterday, and I swear to God, the scene where they get to the Leaky Cauldron for the first time, there is Ian Brown, sitting at a table, stirring his drink. Only there for a couple of sceonds, but it stuck in my mind enough for me to notice. Of course I could be entirely mistaken, comme d'habitude.
