Morrissey found dead in funeral home

where do i send the condolences to your mother?

heh heh heh

the tiniest bit of farsightedness. i can see in the night, and i have good enough long distance sight to be in the airforce, but...

damn.

i just broke the 200 page mark on a book i've been working on for nearly 2 weeks.

> I used to compete in my college. I was an obsessive swimmer.

> Why don't you make a rule or two?

that's not how it works. this is the operation: you stand by waiting for orders, you are about to leave and get a burger and he yells, "where the hell do you think you're going? I'm not done with you yet!"

Then, you go to a few concerts (not in your own state, of course) and hang around a website. People start to imagine you have absolutely no life. The people on the board see you as old and tiresome. You are bored because you need stimulation. Your roommate stares over your shoulder and asks what you are doing on the computer and acts enthusiastic once you entertain the idea of getting a hobby or a life. A guy calls, she throws the phone at you and begins butting in on what to do.

I'm a happy person all around.

Happy birthday Fabricio! (no-real-m)

I've just had flan this afternoon! I've got it on my dungarees as proof! Now if I just swallow a candle, we can call it a celebration!

Cheers Gothy, my thoughts exactly. I miss the old days of Mr. So and So posts too. Most of the "new" posters here are dull, uninteresting people. Oh well...

Happy Birthday to fabricio and moz gurlie!

I will be celebrating by gorging myself on thick slices of red velvet cake and cinnamon rose breakfast tea (heavy on the honey). Well you two have a wonderful birthday..and watch out for those leaking birthday packages.

Have a fab birthday, Fabricio! :) (nt)

Oh thanky you Cili Barnes!

You are always so gentle and kind!

Re: where do i send the condolences to your mother?

hehehehehe. My mother has an e-mail, if you want to send your condolences to her. But you have to write the message in portuguese, or in french. She doesn't understand a word in english.

I always have problems with page marks, because my daughter uses to break it.

I liked your rules - it seems a good description of a webslave.

I could add: "when people at work stares over your sholder and asks themselves which strange page this strange guy is always seeing".

> I'm a happy person all around.

This makes me happy.

You try to be sincere, to doing things to Morrissey or to be bitter?

> but morrissey doesn't base things on language skills. we haven't

I think you are correct. Anyway he seems to see our part of the world nowadays.

Wednesday?

Oh sorry. I would be happy if you could see any human brain in brazilian computers...

> what? morrissey doesn't eat bagels?

Oh sorry! I was saying that the whole new message you made to Morrissey was sarcastic...

> he always relates it to a "you and i" type thing. Like

"You and I"

Nice phrase again...

> and always so!

I have to agree.

just kidding

great. how do you have any hours in the day to take care of children? My life is hectic as it is, and I don't have much of one, so I can't imagine that if i had any children, they would turn out anything more than 3 headed monsters.

> I liked your rules - it seems a good description of a webslave.

almost. i left out some points of a sexual manner.

not with the roommate, of course...

you;'re lucky your computer at work has internet. i figure i could get my cruising out of the way instead of staring listlessly at soliatire.

> I could add: "when people at work stares over your sholder

pretty close, yes. i got that one.

> This makes me happy.

> You try to be sincere, to doing things to Morrissey or to be

i'm a big fan of things being different.

but i'm not travelling anywhere on this tour. you know what? i read that at sxsw john cale and sack will be there along with patti smith. i finally have something to do! they're going to be in town...the point being.

but it is sad that people are doing such a relatively shoddy job of saying anything about the shows this time around.

> I think you are correct. Anyway he seems to see our part of the

how do you know?

> Wednesday?

if I have my discription of what a wenesday's child is. i think that one is the left out one. i can't remember.

it was a joke

no, me and morrissey

that's good.

Re: where do i send the condolences to your mother?

I liked it.

Today is Saturday and I passed entirely with her. Sometimes I am really tired, but almost always I give preference to her. So I have to wait her sleep to watch TV or read books or studying for my class (my 2nd job being a teacher).

>My life is hectic as it is, and I don't have much of

hehehehehe. You know your children will be beautiful... as you are.

How? I didn't understand. But you know when you write "sexual manner" I can't sleep at night...

> not with the roommate, of course...

With me, perhaps?

> you;'re lucky your computer at work has internet. i figure i

It's good to have internet at work. The bad thing you have to stay one or two hours plus at work everyday.

> pretty close, yes. i got that one.

I know it!!!

Probably Morrissey asks them to do it to console you.

I don't know... I think people are saying a lot about the shows.

> how do you know?

"our part of world", as I was trying to say (perhaps in the wrong place), is Latin America. He will come here. Do you know Morrissey never gave a single interview to the brazilian press?

Am I the left out child?

Unlucky me.

Do you think so?

heh i know someone who is trying to be a teacher. the students ran all over her within a few weeks.

yeah, beautiful heathens. you're going to see me on Sally several years from now pleading to send my wild teen to boot camp.

"Sally, she 1s 16, had sex and she smokes cigarettes! What will I do with her?"

> How? I didn't understand. But you know when you write

i didn't specify what i meant with that.

how about an unsexual manner...?

> With me, perhaps?

uh...

oh. well, that's one place i don't want to be for any extended period of time.

> I know it!!!

ooh..

hey, and i still have a month yet to put together my tour webzine so I can go up to the guys in Sack and get interviews and be their groupie for the festival.

that is a great idea!

but couldn't you just see morrissey? he calls up patti smith "hey, Pats, I'm not going to Texas, so why don't you get a showcase for the south by southwest music festival...hey, great, you were looking for some promotion anyway? Cool."

But i do apologize to the people in california. i've been in one worse group, and that was at this dance club a few nights ago when they were having a foam party.

> I don't know... I think people are saying a lot about the shows.

where?

he hasn't given an interview to anyone in Arkansas either, what of it?

um...i guess. you see, i kind of understand the concept of what a Wednesday's child is, but i can't do any justice in articulating what is is.

you wouldn't know it by the way he whines.

Ok. Let's begin again: "you wrote somthing about 'sexual manner'" and I was very interested. So think about another thing to say.

> how about an unsexual manner...?

Oh no. Everything around me is unsexual. Or am I to sexual? Oh no...

> uh...

hehehe.

> oh. well, that's one place i don't want to be for any extended

Believe me or not I like to work. There's a joke about engineers where an engineer, an architect and a lawyer was discussing about what was better: a wife or a lover. The lawyer prefered a wife, the architect prefered a lover (I don't know which reasons they have) and engineer prefered both. Both? Yes, the engineer answered: "when one think I am with the other, I can go work in my office".

Well Suzanne, I am engineer and I am almost like this...

> ooh..

> hey, and i still have a month yet to put together my tour

Do you think this is what Morrissey had in mind when he invited everybody to the festival in Texas?

Oh!!!!

Morrissey has strange ideas sometimes!

People in California won't forgive you for sure.

> where?

In this site I read lots of reviews, written by fans and by magazines. I wanted to know where people don't talk about the tour [laughs].

You see even in Brazil the press made some good reviews... and I translated them to David Tseng but he refused to show in his page.

And the funny thing is that this night I dreamt that David Tseng would finish with his site and I began to cry. So he sent a letter to me, written by hand, and in portuguese, saying he was sorry for my sufferings!

David Tseng, I love you.

> he hasn't given an interview to anyone in Arkansas either, what

I know you didn't want be offensive, but Brazil is not an american state, even if there are lots of jokes here about this subject.

> um...i guess. you see, i kind of understand the concept of what

Try a sexual manner to do it, hehe.

He whines about you?

Re: la la la

> Are you trying to say my students do the same with me?

no, not at all. i wouldn't know. what do they do?

not exactly. i would expect my child to be in rehab telling the group how terrible i was.

> Ok. Let's begin again: "you wrote somthing about 'sexual

hey, i thought i *was* interesting.

too sexual? has that ever happened to a person?

"Doc, ya gotta help me. I'm way too good looking."

ugh. well, you must have an interesting job. even being at my job for 2 hours makes me want to jump out a window.

mass orgy? yes. big ass orgy at my place. every person who is into that stuff over at my apartment for spring break. i will make spinach and artichoke dip. my place is a very tiny place, and would be reminiscent of a telephone booth stuffing contest, but it just adds to the excitment. after we are done, we can all play frisbee with the neighbors in the parking lot.

i will make a website about it. pics and everything. i'll follow record people around the conference and have pics of me giving my demo tapes to bored producers. i'll snap pics of Howie Klein stuffing his face with cookies in the speaker's waiting area. i will continue despite criticism because i have become a hardened little @#!!!er and have become immune to the embarassment that comes with humiliation.

> Oh!!!!

oh yes.

why? i just paid them a compliment.

> In this site I read lots of reviews, written by fans and by

i mean this tour. then again, maybe it's hard for people to say something if he's using the same set list as last time.

> You see even in Brazil the press made some good reviews... and I

what'd he do? "Fabricio, I can't use this. I've got a very important poll this week."

hey, i thought everything from Mexico downward was an honorary US territory.

it was a joke.....i compare everything against arkansas. they are the trendsetters.

he does something. hadn't figured out exactly what that is.

You just weren't intelligent enough to understand the humor.

Re: la la la

I am hearing Shangri-las now. Do you know them?

They treat me well. But I don't know if they like me.

Mmmmmmm... you were terrible?

And you are very much! So I want to hear your stories again, under another angle...

Not to me certainly!

No, it was a kind of "dirty mind" sense...

Well, I hear music all day long and I have access to internet...

> i mean this tour. then again, maybe it's hard for people to say

This tour is 2000 one? Well, this makes me remember that the great brazilian singer João Gilbero, the man who invented bossa nova, released this year an album where 5 of the 10 songs he was recorded before. He arrived to the utmost of repetition singing Chega de Saudade from the 10000th time...

> what'd he do? "Fabricio, I can't use this. I've got a very

He didn't answer me...

People say the same here... There's a new song on radio where the voccalist claims that the solution for Brazil is renting it to USA...

> it was a joke.....i compare everything against arkansas. they

hehe

The same with me.

nobody shoots at santa claus

> I am hearing Shangri-las now. Do you know them?

sounds familiar....

respect is a good thing.

you could be like my friend who actually had kids running up and hiding behind the door while she was in the classroom and yelling "hey, you suck!" and run off.

> Mmmmmmm... you were terrible?

not yet...will be. that's why the madness must stop today.

did i tell you that I once strangeled an escaped elephant with my bare hands?

hey, what stories do you prefer?

I have a PG rated mind. Do you see that person who wrote the stuff about that party? I don't know who that was. It was just like the x-files. I remember typing it, but I really don't know what it means. nobody will teach me. i have to keep on reading magazines and pretend like I know what i'm talking about.

> Well, I hear music all day long and I have access to internet...

I have half of that and still want to jump out a window.

heh...must be why our building has no windows. they probably did have them at one point, had to nail them shut, and finally got tired of cleaning the smudges off of them.

but you don't understand, Fabricio, work is supposed to be punishment. you are not supposed to be happy. you're supposed to show up, get paid, go home, mutter some lame response about how your day was, go veg in front of the TV, ignore your family, get depressed, stuff your face with junk food, and then go straight to bed.

> You HAVE TO invite me to your party... I am trembling...

it's for scenesters, fabricio. what's your game? are you a groupie?

no, we're talking about places in the outside world where things actually happen.

I know Astrud Gilberto, and strangely enough, she did Bossa Nova.

ah. people ignore me all the time as well. i understand.

no no no....nobody wants that. you will be 10x worse off.

think of it this way: I'll bet you enjoy taking home a liveable wage right now. imagine if that went away....

Arkansas takes too much flack. Too bad nobody knows what Louisiana is like outside of New Orleans...woof.

curses!

Re: nobody shoots at santa claus

They were a great girl group from the sixties. Past, present and future is one of the best songs ever.

Do you respect me?

This would be worse without a doubt. But sometimes I feel like your friend...

Why? I didn't understand.

No. You always surprise me!

From you? All of your stories. You interest me entirely.

Oh please... So you received some spirit? I am telling you you are interesting.

Anyway, you never think about doing a party like that one?

Serious? I am not like that. What is wrong with me? I like my job, I have few depressions, I like Sunday evenings because I'll have to work the other day, I feel sad sometimes when I go out of my work. I don't ignore my family, I stay awake as much as I can.

Do you think I am wrong?

> it's for scenesters, fabricio. what's your game? are you a

No... but I would like to be in a party where you are a groupie. I would like to stay near you.

I don't know any place where things actually happen. This is true. Well, if you live in Curitiba, you know...

> Nova.

She was João Gilberto's wife, did you know it?

And have you seen João Gilberto's name in Morrissey-solo today? This was huge!!!

For whom? For you certainly it would be worse. For us... I don't know.

In US things are like that?

The only thing I know is that they speak french in Louisiana. Perhaps I could survive there.

you're not supposed to.

ok...did you know i'm the person Heir Apparent is based on? That's right! Moz took some funny pills and came up with that one. He thought i was pretty rockin and I had never even been in a band or sang in front of anyone! Won't come to my shows and see the carnage and see he is wrong. What a crazy guy.

i drink some spirits. and then i see some spirits.

i channel them and let them do my ironing.

i'm aspiring for a party where another person shows up. we'll talk about the semantics of anything cooler than that later on.

> But what have your job that is so terrible?

it is monotonous and boring. i've never been keen on paper shuffling. i turned down a more interesting job because i thought it would interfere with me getting gigs and joining a band. a year later, I'm gig-less, without a band, and bored stiff.

thanks.

i'm kind of blah. this time of year is really hard because there is no sunlight. i don't really look forward to anything except going home. i feel like i've run out of stuff to do.

> Do you think I am wrong?

you might actually be one of the few fulfilled people out there.

> No... but I would like to be in a party where you are a groupie.

how can i be a groupie if you are shadowing me? you know that when a guy is following a girl around, the other guys immediately back off, and many guys don't like 3somes where 2 guys are involved.

nope...i was about to ask, but i think you had misspelled his name in the first post..

i like her stuff, but the one album i have has this really depressing 70's strings motif going through it, and I get so uncomfortable i have to turn it off. i haven't been able to listen to that thing in well over a year.

> And have you seen João Gilberto's name in Morrissey-solo today?
> This was huge!!!

um, no....where?

(looks) ah. looks like Moz ain't coming to Brazil either. well, looks like you are a website slave now. congratulations. i will send you your badge, t-shirt, and discount card good for 15% off you next purchase at Denny's.

what i mean is that the US goes into other countries and turns them into that.

no, it's not french, it cajun which is a dialect, and it's not really spoken there that much anymore so you are still not that well off.

> hehe.

you don't have to be intelligent to understand the humor of a steaming pile of sh1t.

Sure?

I know what a class like this means to one's ego.

Well, but I try.

I thought Heir apparent was about me and my family...

Well, I never drink or see any spirit.

mmmmm...

Well, I may be the other person in your party. Won't it be funny?

Well, we made some mistakes sometimes.

But it's a good thing to work. Better than have no job at all. I think in US everybody can have a job, isn't true? I am sure you'll find a better one.

> thanks.

I really like to go home. I don't need to trip at all, or walk around, except with my daughter. Well, the weather is hot this time of year, and it's better than our winter anyway. Curitiba is one of the coldest cities of Brazil - there's pratically no snow at all, but the houses don't have central heating.

Oh, I don't know.

No no, I won't be your shadow. I'll see you from a really secure distance. This will give me enough pleasure.

> nope...i was about to ask, but i think you had misspelled his

hehehehe.

João Gilberto is the best brazilian singer ever. He is almost as good as Robert Johnson. He created a new music - the bossa nova. Bossa Nova without him is normally crap music - but with him is great art.

I only know a song with Astrud - Garota de Ipanema, where she sings with João Gilberto. She has a beautiful voice.

I am Your webslave, Suzanne...

oh, perhaps. I re-read them a lot, indeed.

C'est réelement dommage que le français soit une langue morte aujourd'hui...
