non moz...help..question about video capture

does anyone know if there is a PC (windows) program that will let you capture the video of an online chat session like with yahoo.

That is if the person you are chatting with has their webcam on, is there a way to record what they are showing?

not sure how to do that exactly, but if you just want to record the voice from the conversation you can download Audacity for free from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ its a good bit of kit
