My window has a big fan it it, but that doesn't mean it knows music...
All these shows are smoooozh(sp) fests. Back slapping and glad handing. Everyone loves everyone else. Most all of them are crap. There are maybe 5 minutes of humor in the lot of them each night.
If it weren't for the signs telling them when to applaud and laugh, I think there would be silence, or worse yet, crying.
Mostly you just have to look at the listing to see who the musical guest is...and that will decide whether to tune in or not.
How many time do we need to see Clay Aiken on these shows?
So he won a talent show...big deal,,,does that mean he has any talent?
Not so in my eyes and ears, when it's people like my mother-in-law who buy his CD and vote for him. And she's half deaf...no lie...she just had to get hearing aids.
