According to the tireless folks at thesmokinggun.com, the screwball comedian was busted for trying to blaze up a doobie at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California, on May 2. Dick was reportedly chilling in the VIP area when a security guard spotted him flicking his Bic in an attempt to light a joint. Well, that was just one toke over the line (groan) and it resulted in a search that yielded a small baggie stash (total weight: under an ounce). Dick, who has spent time in rehab, was turned over to the cops, cited for misdemeanor possession, forced to hand over his VIP bracelet, and sent packing. He's due in court on June 16.
