Is there anything 'missing' off the end of CD version of 'There Speaks A True Friend'?

I always assumed that the version I have (CD version, from the 'singles box') was the complete version. But I was reading the lyrics on 'It May All End Tomorrow', and it says this 'The CD version of this song cuts off the last minute, just after the "No"'. That statement implies that there is another, 'full' version of the song? But I always thought there was only one version. 'Passions Just Like Mine' only lists one version. So why did this guy think there was a whole extra minute of it lying around somewhere?

i've never heard a full version of it. It stands to reason that it might exist and that Moz cut it down for release because it dragged on too long.
