Thinking back to the discussion about this before, it is either his siter or his agent. It was taken during a trip to Manchester, where he had tea in Selfridges with Linder Sterling (I've met her, by the way - but that's another retailing story) amd shopped for records in Vinyl Revival, off Oldham Street.
