Possible Morrissey Song

I have recently received a song from a friend in Brazil that has vocal stylings and lyrics that are very much Morrissey, but I have never heard it before. I would appreciate any help in finding out the song title and if Morrissey is indeed the singer. Here are the hints:

1)First words are sung three times before the lyrics start - "In My Face".
2)First line of the chorus are "I've Been Doing What I Can to Get Back on a Dream of a Fortunate Life".
3)There is a tempo change in the chorus the starts "Still I'm not That Strong, and I Can't Diagree".
4)The instrumentation is more upbeat, much more like Smiths stuff, and there is a guitar solo after the 4:00 minute mark.
5)The recording has all the marks of being a live perfromance.

I could go on, but I feel that this is enough to get someone started. I appreciate the help.

Point 5 is the strongest evidence that this is NOT Morrissey. If he performed something live it would be well documented. The rest of the points have no probative value.
