With the lovely Kate Lawler (local talent there!).. I'm all eyes and ear's.. what a double bill! If Iain Lee would let anyone speak for a few minutes it would be breakfast TV heaven! Nothing like a Rise in the morning.

Hi LMC.. yes, it's getting the big chop this week.. I found it easy to watch for 10 minutes with my tea in hand. Whatever, this Moz appearance rumour has to be mostly improbable.. it's format is just so out of step with his fanbase, I can't see why he'd appear!
Anyway, for the Lawler fans.. Here she is advertising Bromley's shopping centre!
I find the Glades quite an odd place - obviously people do not seem to be very poor but they do seem a tough lot.
Lewisham is best for me in terms of how close it is (I can walk there) - and the people seem quite nice. When I need a lot of choice I get a train to Bluewater.
There are evry few shops but fantastic quality and great atmosphere in Blackheath village.
anyone want a fight?
