When did Morrissey say 'Bring me the head of ....'

On the 'The Importance of Being Morrissey' Mozzer sort of quotes himself with "...I only said, 'bring me the head of Elton John'", but it seems to have been shown out of context. Is there some well-known interview where Moz said this, from way-back when? Perhaps ths was in connection with 'Crashing Bores' or was it the interview he did with Janice Long?

Just curious. I like to keep up to speed.

BTW, has anyone else noticed how, very frequently it seems Morrissey uses the metaphor 'going against the grain'? He likes that one.
