I remember them fondly from the stinkfest movie "It's Pat!" I think it's definitely destiny that they both met and formed a group together. Imagine. A guy named Dean meets a guy named Gene--first names rhyme right there. And they find they not only both have the same last name--Ween--but they both play instruments and enjoy making the same kind of demented folkie music. Small world, eh? It's the same kind of weird-ass destiny that brought the Ramones together, I'm telling you.
