1. Accept a higher power .....if you go to church, you kill an hour you could be here

2. Get a sponsor........Call (ON THE PHONE!) Moz-Solo addicts like yourself instead of meeting them in the chatrooom

3.Play sports.

4. Drink beer and curse alot

5. throw out your keyboard

6. commit the wrong netaddy to memory in the wrong order
