yeah, its an ongoing work with constant improvement.

being nearly 30 is too old to start something like that because its way too much upheaval unlike when you're 18 or 20 and really don't have anything specific going on.

    > Morrissey can do that to people.

do something to have your hopes raised again, and then relive the downward ascent until you hit rock bottom.

yeah that's true, but if it weren't so, their biggest export
couldn't have been music. Look at Germany - that's what work
    does to people.

ha? Good thing he only has a sister.

Maybe Morrissey can really find a "friend for life"
in the form of this G4. It doesn't ask for money,
    love or affection.

    > "ah, that mike joyce is always after me pot o'gold"

me too. I just look at things differently than other people
and I don't mean it necessarily in a good way.

To quote Morrissey, "don't meddle with a masterpiece".

I'm almost 21, and let me tell you I really don't have anything specific
going on and I like it this way.

Funny, the notion of him singing. He usually does something that vaguely
    resembles singing, but not quite.

its hard demanding that much of them. i know they generate good graphics, but i think a G4 on his arm at the Cat and Fiddle would look strange. maybe he needs to raise his aspirations a bit as to what else he can get out of the computer...

see? yeah. its those years that you are basically homeless and out partying all the time because you don't have a real job anyway that its no big step to try and form a band and regard it as a serious venture.

three years of piano lessons as a child, have taken all the wind out of my sails.
I feel my whole life is behind me.

It's sad how some people's mood change in here, in accordance to
the current state of Morrissey's career.
Some people here are happy when he gets signed, then get depressed when
he unsigns. Other ones, oddly enough, react completely the opposite way.

Love, peace and a new album, maybe in the next world.

It's hard to shed 50 IQ points just like that.
It takes years of practice to get it right.
I envy those who are born like that, they don't know half of it.
It's a burden being intelligent these days.

You get requests for "Lifeguard drowning, Girl Sleeping"?
I personally love the clarinet part in "Whatever Happens".

    > maybe they are afraid of the future.

    Aren't we all?
In regards to Morrissey, I believe that after 6 years without an album, people
aren't too keen on seeing it coming out.
They're afraid the album won't turn out well.
The bigger the expectations, the greater the fall.
or to quote Oasis "the higher that you climb, the longer you full" (ingenious)

hmm. i'm trying to remember what i played back then...especially anything that's identifiable to the public because there is a whole realm of music that's strictly meant for band students as ensembles and solos. i tried to do the Mozart solo that was supposedly in Out of Africa, but i only did a passable job on it, so i wouldn't call it mastery...then again, i think my playing style was probably too agressive and impatient for something like that back then.

"aw, he left me a little gift again..."

    > Yeah, I guess Morrissey is afraid of the stalkers. but if Morrissey

it would knock the phone over and call a lawyer

    > I read that its strongest natural instinct is to pull.
    > Morrissey probably needed something to pull him out of the house every
    > day.

or maybe he got tired of talking to himself

    > people are raving about you, you have numerous admirers.

you mean the oddities around here that have been posting stuff as of recent?

    > mozzerian? - you know what they say about love and hate relationships.

he wants the one he doesn't want?

    > was he? he fooled me.

    they're sneaky like that.

    > twins

    > But you get dragged along because you think you should, not because
    > anyone told you to, right?

i go because i have nothing better to do!

    > "I kinda blowed through it" I guess Boz isn't too please with

does he read or care? if he did, he'd probably say, "yeah, but who's the one who earns their living in music, you cow..."

even though you completely put words in my mouth. :P

but my point was trying to explain that the clarinet can be used for more than champagne music.

and that i can play mozart badly....

    > Deafen to advice? or did your instructor taught you how to play the drums?

the instructor COULD play drums. that was the problem.

    > He hasn't given them a "good" excuse.

    what about a bad one?

    > that will do. everything makes sense after a lot of booze.

    i don't claim to know

The shrink brings all his friends round.

    > "aw, he left me a little gift again..."

That's what his stalkers leave him, every time they visit.

    > it would knock the phone over and call a lawyer

Sweet Like a Saint Bernard dog for the disturbed.

    > or maybe he got tired of talking to himself

he communicates with himself only by fax.

    > you mean the oddities around here that have been posting stuff as of
    > recent?

    yes, who else?

    > he wants the one he doesn't want?

When a guy starts saying about a woman, that she's a lesbian,
that's when you know he wants and can't have her.
Except, if she really is a lesbian.

    > they're sneaky like that.

    Messing with the unsuspecting-innocent people.
    They would make terrific lawyers.

    > i go because i have nothing better to do!

but you choose not to have something better to do.

    > does he read or care? if he did, he'd probably say, "yeah, but who's
    > the one who earns their living in music, you cow..."

He probably does read what you write, but I don't know if he cares.
I hope he does earn his living from music. Something I doubt.

    > even though you completely put words in my mouth. :P

    I can do that? WOW.

    > but my point was trying to explain that the clarinet can be used for more
    > than champagne music.

Yes, you can stab someone with it.

    > and that i can play mozart badly....

    Most people won't even notice.

    > the instructor COULD play drums. that was the problem.

But could he play the clarinet?

    > what about a bad one?

There's more than enough, bad excuses to write, about everybody.
    Morrissey's is nothing special.

    > i don't claim to know

    I don't too, that's what I was told.
But drinking bacteria can be good for ya, right?

hooligans who aren't ready for stadiums...

    > That's what his stalkers leave him, every time they visit.

i thought they would help out with clutter by also taking something every time they leave...you know, like a car.

    > Sweet Like a Saint Bernard dog for the disturbed.

    > he communicates with himself only by fax.

"he never calls, he never writes..."

    > yes, who else?

yeah, but who are these people???

    > When a guy starts saying about a woman, that she's a lesbian,

    and he's gay! its perfect...

    > but you choose not to have something better to do.

    do i?

    > He probably does read what you write, but I don't know if he cares.

one would lead to the other...in theory. so he's probably out ironing right now

    > I hope he does earn his living from music. Something I doubt.

i haven't heard anything about a day job as an accountant

    > I can do that? WOW.

    > Yes, you can stab someone with it.

    its not a hunting spear!

    > Most people won't even notice.

    > But could he play the clarinet?

    not exactly

    > There's more than enough, bad excuses to write, about everybody.
    > Morrissey's is nothing special.

but he comes up with some creative lulus that most people wouldn't think of getting involved with.
