essay on Morrissey in Michael Bracewell's "The Nineties"

Has anyone else read this essay? I think it was originally published in a magazine. It's part of Michael Bracewell's book "The Nineties" and is an interesting analysis of Moz's unique appeal. The rest of the book is a collection of essays/ articles about 90s culture. I know that Bracewell also wrote about Morrissey in his book "England is Mine" ... this essay is written in a similar style.

I only skimmed this chapter (in the bookshop) - but from what I saw it seemed like a re-print of his sleevenotes for the recent American Best-Of compilation ?
