did he ever sing the full song, if he did does anybody have it.

Not that I know of. As I'm sure you'll appreciate, the version on "Rank" was really acknowledging and contrasting that song with The Smiths' Rusholme Ruffians (am I right?). I think someone must have accused Johnny of borrowing it.
And hey, the title of that song would have got you lots of points with Sir Jimmy Saville when he was doing his golden oldoes prog on BBC Radio 1. You know he loved awarding points if you got the title of a song right - usually when the song had an unexpected or obscure title, extra points were awarded when there were brackets in the title. Oh, I'm going on too much.
There is a war on you know.

Apparently he still entertains the lady's at his penthouse flat in Rounhay Park.

'(Get a)Grip(on yourself)' would have scored a few then. And a wee sneaky one like '(I'm)Stranded' would've racked them up.

Not at all. Don't be silly.

Oh, never mind that. There's always one of them on.
As would 'The Beat(en) Generation' by The The
'eaeh eh eaeh eh'!, Now then, now then, How's about that? thank you uncle Ted, jewellery jewellery . Yes, quite correct, three points if you got: open-bracket Marie's the name, close bracket His latest flame and one point if you added in, 'eaeh eh eaeh eh', 'of' you see because it didn't appear on the label. Now for my theme tune ' The In Crowd' - two points if you can name the artist
