MES in shoulder padz

They were on Granada TV's "Made in the North West" last night. This is a live music / comedy programme, and doesn't it show it! Anyway, The Fall were first on. "Behind the Counter" was announced. The band start playing... but where's MES? He didn't appear at all. The band finished and the show carried on. They closed the show with a new song, "Green-Eyed Loco Man", recently aired on their last Peel Session. Hooray! Here's MES! Boy, did he look ill! Scary. Elenor, the new keyboard player (and new Mrs MES I think) was positioned at the front. She looks a bit young for him.
