Morrissey fans are great...

I just wanted to say I think it's great being a Morrissey fan. It's exciting and brings a lot of people together. How sad it is then that people like Walter Benjamin, Pärlhyacint and rambling rita don't seem to share the group spirit. By trying to alienate Morrissey fans by saying 'some of you are weird' it just makes me feel happier to be a fan. I love his music and I think the man himself is probably a great laugh. Fair enough if you think you're superior to other Morrissey fans, I just don't think coming on here and posting snobby messages is a very tactful thing to do.

I'm proud to be a 'weirdo' and nothing you can say can spoil it for me.

I've never posted anything on here but I had to say that this post made me feel uplifted and singularly happy with my own insignificant exsistence. Good on yer Roger , whoever you are.

Fine sentiments, but can you explain exactly what it is you have against Mozzerian? Your comments towards him don't seem to share this spirit.

Simple. He spent months being horrible to people here for no reason. I was truly glad to hear about him getting beaten up. He 100% deserved it. I don't know why people have to come on here and spoil things for the rest of us. I've always loved the way Morrissey fans I've met at gigs or wherever always have a cool group mentality that makes you feel like you're part of a very fun community. Others don't share that because of their own insecurities. But at the end of the day, it's not my fault that they've chosen not to encourage their own social skills. Once again, I have to say: I love being a Morrissey fan, I love Morrissey fans and NOTHING you can do can change that.

Oh how you speak the words that i feel in my heart! If you'd see the glance I have in my eyes now, yes, I agree. Being part of this fine community of Morrissey-fans has definately changed my life, even before I discovered the internet...
