Has anything like the following ever happened to anyone, and did you get a refund?
Me and a friend ordered 2 tix from ticketmaster online for the Brixton Academy show.
We chose to have them delivered via mail instead of picking them up at the venue.
People at ticketmaster tell us that the tix have been sent out on the 17th of october.
Until today no tickets have been in the mail for us. Today is the 29th of october - even registered mail should not take that long.
The tix probably got lost or have been stolen either by some ticketmaster person or some postman.
has anything like that happened to anyone else? And did you get some sort of refund from ticketmaster or the Royal mail or whichever other postal services might have been involved?
