Has this happened to anyone else ? Any suggstions ? (other than 'eat the face off the poor helpdesk guy who's not to blame anyway' - I've already tried that.)

Actually, this story does not have a happy ending, at least for me (hope you have better luck.) When I checked my order status today it had changed to 'problems with order - contact this number'. When I phoned, I got basically the story in the attached e-mail (they've sent the tickets to be collected at the venue - they blamed the promoters for delay in issuing the tickets and claimed there wasn't enough time to send them by post as booked). I'm in Ireland BTW, but it still doesn't take 2 flippin' weeks for the post to get here.
