Ignore threads and forums option added

Bringing back a feature that was removed because of a software upgrade a while back, individual threads and forums may now be ignored (logged-in users only / plugin features), look in the 'thread tools' and 'forum tools' menu.

Look in user settings to manage the ignored threads/forums.

What a nightmare for you as this is the only forum in your life where you can try and get some attention. Now people have blocked all the threads you are on and off you go to the town square with a megaphone and a loaded gun.
