Is the poster I've seen on Twitter featuring Slade's Dave Hill a real thing? it makes me smile

It is pretty good but I think the only official poster of the concert is that one which Morrissey is wearing a yellow shirt.

If by 'real' you mean 'official', then no. It's one of a series of fake poster designs by a fan.
(so expect Moz to nick the idea, and start selling the images on T-shirts any day now)
