I was perusing the marketplace section of this site and came across the 7 inch France only release of 'There is a light...' from 1987 and on the back it says "layout by Slim Smith".

We all know that Caryn Gough always handled this job, so I figure that with this being a one-off short notice release that Moz did the layout himself and credited it to the person that he was at the time: a slim Smith.

Has this been documented anywhere?

Anyway, it got me to thinking of the other times where Moz has used aliases such as Ann Coates, Monstrosity, The Arcane Old Wardrobe, Sheridan Whiteside, Whores in Retirement.

Any others? Maybe fake hotel names he's used? (Not to be creepy.)

I think he used Vince Eager as an alias for a time. He also published an article for City Fun Magazine under the name Burt Macho.

Edit: Does Motorcycle Au Pair Boy count?

Good call on all of these, Detritus!

I've always been fond of Motorcycle Au Pair Boy especially. Love the etching.

I knew there were more I couldn't think of.

Thanks!
