Morrissey is confirmed to play BASEL (Event Hall Messe) in Switzerland on Monday 3 November.
World Peace Is None Of Your Business reached #30 in Switzerland, which is the highest known charting position for Morrissey in this country. Morrissey is "delighted" to be asked to play. It is understood that the show will be televised nationally.

Greetings from Switzerland,
we would like to answer this question. Tickets for Basel go on sale September, 3rd at eight in the morning. The venue fits 1.300 people, all seated. We will have to sit at round tables (!) with six persons each. You need to book a seat at a table:

Entry fees are up to 130 Swiss francs which is - compared to 39 Euro for Lisbon - not cheap. Morrissey will be the second gig that night, he is scheduled at a quarter to ten. And dear friends, we will have to cheer up a rather dull Swiss audience. Sorry, this comes from a Swiss person. Let us try our very best! As you might know, he calls our country the "uncrackable nut, with no way in."
