What the hell is this

Sometimes u get a badly cut vinyl but never to this extent, ironically this is a 12" Dutch stop me if you think with circular saw label. Is this just badly cut or has someone done this on purpose to give the effect of a circular saw?? Thoughts ??

edit: unless it's just the angles from the photo, the honorary reproduction of the megadisc label onto the platter itself is a hand-made example. Doesn't look systematic to me.

Seriously tho are u thinkin what I'm thinkin, someone has intentionally carved out a circular saw here!! Kidding aside, what a way to ruin a very nice 12"
