Default The "6 Best Smiths Albums" Ranked

Hi all, longtime lurker, first time poster. Just came across this list of the best Smiths albums and it got me thinking how much I love Louder Than Bombs, though I don't agree with what they put at number one, but overall it seems accurate. Thoughts?

    Crap list...here's mine

    1 - Louder Than Bombs
    2 - Queen Is Dead
3 - Strangeways, Here We Come
    4 - The Smiths
    5 - Meat Is Murder

I wouldn't even put Haful of Hollow on that list.

I would have to put hatful in there somewhere as it's the album that introduced me to the Smiths. My copy is played virtually smooth so i'd have to, but couldn't say where it fits.

If we regard as Studio Albums mine would be:
    In my Opinion....
    1. The Queen Is Dead (Hardly you could find an album including different Music Styles: Pop, Rock, Punk, Ska...)
    2. The Smiths
    3. Meat Is Murder
    4. Strangeways

If we include it Compilations: Hatful would rank #2 and louder than bombs or The World #6

OK, I'll bite, adding those two comps to the 4 albums, mainly beccause one is the first Smiths "thing" I bought, H of H
& I played L than B to death when I was in the Persian Gulf

    #1. Strangeways, Here We Come
#2. The Queen Is Dead (a close 2nd)
    #3. Louder Than Bombs
    #4. Hatful of Hollow
    #5. The Smiths

    For what it's worth...

    1. Strangeways, Here We Come
    2. Hatful of Hollow (a more valid release than TWWL and certainly LTB)
    3. The Queen Is Dead
    4. The World Won't Listen/Louder Than Bombs
    5. Meat Is Murder
    6. The Smiths
