Spent the afternoon "in the seaside town" of Pacifica.

Then went completely "off the rails I was" and we unanimously chose Krispy Kreme for our late afternoon snack. The kids always like watching them make the donuts. Me and my son picking which ones we will eat first.

Yes, reality hit it right on the nose here and it's origin. In sports speak, someone might say, your looking really vascular. Not happy, it is actually a compliment, so thank you.

We are all vascular but for most people it is not seen because of there body composition. A side benefit, when I give blood, they can always find a vein. But yes, I am a far cry from the smoothness of my sons arms.
