a very catchy tune. It's like something from an alternate-universe West Side Story. Could be a decent selling single with the right marketing and radio play. I think Moz should get a bit radical with his next choice in producer -- like he did with Your Arsenal.

The lyrics for Mexico are very good and The World is Full of Crashing Bores has a nice bite. One of those songs where Moz states his place in the scheme of things at the moment. I Like You has a nice vocal melody but seems in the vein of Alma Matters in its attempt to be radio-friendly. Haven't warmed too much to it yet.

Maybe the next album will be some sort of Irish/Mexican hybrid, tied together with everything in the Morrissey biome. I hope it also contains something very slow and poetic like Seasick.... I think it will be more cohesive and tactile than Maladjusted was...
