I just did the same and sold CD and cassette promos. Here's my rough estimates on what you should expect:
1) $30
2) $10
3) $15
Honestly, just start everything at 9.99 on eBay and let the market decide.
Hope that helps...

I'm not using eBay. I hate their fees.
But thank you for the advice on those!
Since I posted, I found the discs with higher sales prices. I'll price them at the higher prices to begin with, but all of my pricing is going to be somewhat negotiable, so in the end I'll accept whatever the market will bear.
Thanks again,

No one likes paying eBay fees, but you are foolish not to use it. You will attract a lot bigger audience and end up making more money than you would privately.... even with their fees.
Takes money to make money.
Looking for:
Pale Saints "Mrs. Dolphin" cd
Gary Ogan & Bill Lamb "Portland" Japanese mini lp cd
Stiff Little Fingers "Complete John Peel Sessions" cd
Magnetic Fields "Distant Plastic Trees" Jpn cd
Magnetic Fields "The Wayward Bus" cd, Pop Up
Where will you be selling if not eBay? I'm curious to see what you have.
Oh, nevermind. Now that I see the name, I know you.
