    I've not seen it before, but it just looks like half of the Outtakes and demos vinyl bootleg that was released last year - here is a CD of it http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SMITHS-DEM...item35bbbe8d9d

    At £10 and £12 I wouldn't bother with either... look in the downloads section for them...

    What makes you think they're promos? They both look like LP bootlegs to me.
