The site has been mentioned from time to time - they have done a really good job of restoring / remastering the Smiths singles
If you go to the Sheila Take A Bow section you can even see that they remastered the mix that was on the Unreleased / Demos bootleg from 2010 - good work.
Dave
Jools Holland: "Knock Knock!"
Morrissey: "I'm not in!"
Jools: "Oh, come on."
Morrissey: "I refuse to open the door."
He also did a similar remasters blog for New Order and Joy Division, which was equally superb. Looks like R.E.M. is next.
never seen this, thanks.. this brazilian guy has really done a very good job.
Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow. .
I Don't know who this guy is but if he's among us it's honorable.
I had never heard of this site before, but what a great find. Many thanks for sharing this with us!!![]()
"He" is actually two Americans. Mr. Analog Loyalist did the audio mastering and majority of the writing on Extra Track, while 50 Pound Note handled the visuals. New Order Recycle was 99% 50 Pound Note and a Canadian. Joy Division Recycle was Analog Loyalist on audio, 50lb Note on visuals and writing split between the two.
Analog Loyalist is the fella behind the blog The Power Of Independent Trucking.
Plausible deniability. Think Andy Kaufman![]()
