Boy on stage with The Smiths

I just watched a QuickTime recording of "Panic", which I pulled off Kazaa and in the clip. In said clip, I noticed an adolescent boy dancing around the stage. He was holding a mic and he seemed to be singing chorus on "Hang the DJ, Hang the DJ, Hang the DJ" Does anyone know who this kid was, how he was chosen, and how frequently he appeared with The Smiths?

That kid was Jordi, he is from Belgium
and was a MEGA super star in Belgium
