I've just started yoga. It does help me sleep unwind between triple 12 hour night shifts.
Distractions work best for me if I'm stressed.
Music always has relaxed me but since it always gets me worked up, excited or ill [depending on the music] it's not the best answer.
Sometimes it has no effect one me at all.
